Just amazing service! We've had trouble finding plumbers who want to work on non commercial jobs, older homes or even show up for appointments. I called great jet plumbing got a technician called Mauro M last week. He put a water hose with some cool attachments down my drain and presto problem solved. Would use them again. Awesome work and by the way cool business card.

I submitted a request for a quote late last night and the company responded quickly. I had an original appointment between 10am to noon but received a call advising me of a cancellation with moved my time to 930 am which was great due to having an active leak on a copper pipe in my basement. Ernest showed up, was friendly and made the repairs quickly and efficiently. The price for the repair was super reasonable. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

This company was able to fit me in their busy schedule the same day I called. My technician name was Ernest. From the moment he introduced himself I knew I picked the right plumbing company. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained everything to me that I needed to know. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and he told me what caused it and the best way to fix the problem. Ernest answered every and all questions I had ,which was a few 😂. He fixed my leak and made me a very happy customer. I called with a leak at 830pm,the phone call was very pleasant they were so friendly and response time was a little over an hour. Trent was our plumber he was very friendly and explained everything. Their price was perfect very fair. I didn't feel over charged at all. I would highly recommend Great Jet Plumbing, I myself will definitely use them again.

Great Jet plumbing installed a new electric water heater a few months ago. Ernest completed the installation quickly and seamless. Earlier this week I called them again to have a plumber come in and disconnect a line and install new valves. Trent did a nice job with the connections. Both Ernest and Trent were professional, punctual, and courteous. Reasonable price. Highly recommend them!

Had a pipe burst in my crawl space on the fourth of July. They came out at 9:30pm to assess the situation, which unfortunately couldn't be immediately fixed because they needed the water fully turned off to the house and we had to wait for the township to come out. Once the water got shut off, Great Jet came out the next day....a Saturday on a holiday weekend. There was another issue due to the valve by the street being broken, so the water was never shut off properly by the township. A temporary, emergency fix was put in place until the valve got fixed. Once Great Jet was able to come back out, they showed up within a couple hours and finished the job. The three technicians I had - Ernest, Andre and Trent were all great guys and knew what they were doing. I will always use them from now on.

Quick, simple, thorough service with fair pricing. They arrived within hours of my call (before their quoted time) and resolved our issue quickly. Ernest was respectful and thorough with his repair plan and pricing. He explained he would start with the simplest fix and work up from there if he was unsuccessful. Afterwards, he offered tips on how we could fix the issue ourselves in the future. Will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend this company. From the first phone call I felt very comfortable. It is a horrible feeling to have water leaking everywhere and not knowing what to do.Devin was super Accommodating. Andre worked very hard to fix our problem in an old trailer. The price quoted was kept and more than fair especially for as hard as he worked!! 100% worth 5 stars! Thanks guys!

I needed my bathroom sink plumbing replaced. After calling a few other companies, I came across Great Jet plumbing and by far their price was the best. Mauro was great, he was kind and fair. Devon was also super kind. I had put a request in at 1030pm last night, got an email back 10 mins later saying to call them if it was an emergency. I called and they offered to have someone out by midnight. I told them i would wait till morning. They called at 840am to make sure everything was OK. I was stressed because I just bought this house and it was my birthday so I said I'd wait so I could enjoy my birthday, but then I couldn't because I was stressed haha so I called back and they had Mauro out here in less than 2 hours.
